Awakening Leadership Lab
Neither mysticism or activism alone can give us the passion, wisdom, clarity, peace and strength that we need.

"Margit has a unique blend of patience, humility, keen insight given when called for, and an ability to hold, engage, welcome, inquire, and discern into a deeper discovery for all the people she works with. She is uniquely gifted in facilitating groups to synergize to create effective change and mutual discovery.
I came to the recent Leadership Lab looking for more community connection, deepening work on three projects, and development as a leader. Margit held me and my process in the Lab with exquisite presence and intelligence. It was a joy to see the other Lab members thrive in her support and the synergy of the group she helped foster.
I made significant progress on moving forward with my music, the book I am writing, and working with individuals in new capacities and I have found four other delightful human beings to enjoy this journey of life together after the Lab completed. What is unique about a Leadership Lab is the focus on projects, the gifts of the Trillium Awakening core teachings as a background context of support and wakeful deepening, and each member's willingness to show up vulnerably, honestly, and without guile to discover whatever the next step is for themselves, another group member, or the group as a whole. Margit has the rare skill to be able to dance with that process and encourage it each step of the way.
You won't be disappointed in taking this journey with Margit and the future Labs."

Margit’s leadership lab created a container for unexpected learnings about myself and the social process of leadership. The structured time provided safety for individuals to express their deepest dreams and goals.
During this time, we practiced listening and responding in particular ways requested by each individual. The unstructured moments of interactions and group discussions entered us into mirroring some of the social fabric in our larger society and tensions regarding current events.
Overall, I began the lab with my personal vision clarification, and ended the lab with a much deeper and wider capacity for holding more of the whole world in my heart and awareness."
